So here is Agni Kai from The Last Airbender, the theme Cyclopes has picked out. There's an interesting woodwind that sounds very close to an aulos, one of the old Greek wind instruments. It has a really nice sound quality almost to that of a bagpipe. I'm not sure what the string instrument is but it could be a relative of the pipa?
